I have been charged RS.2.88 AND 2.31 and so on AS DOM/SURCHARGE charges for recent days when I am using SBI debit card AT FUEL STATIONS.

While the Central Government is promoting and encouraging cashless transactions and even declared 0.75% discount at petrol pumps for card payments, the SBI is subverting the whole idea by charging an excess payment as DOM surcharge....

Deduction of 500 rupees from my credit card after available of balance for auto debit process in my due date. on dated 13 may 2023 i had to pay 1789.11 through auto debit process and even also on this particular day i have kept 1789.11 rupees available in my account but still they deducted 500 rupees showing reason of payment dishonor fee in 14th may 2023.
As sir i m going under financial crisis, such amount also means a lot for me.br...

On 16/05/23 around 11:55 pm, I tried to pay amount Rs 39407 through POS machine from my SBI debit card which was failed twice. Thereafter I successfully paid the same amount through UPI payment mode. But after few minutes the earlier failed transaction money Rs-39407 also get deducated from my account....

On 16/05/2023 around 11:55 pm, I tried two transactions through POS machine from my SBI debit Card but the transactions was failed initially and later after 5-10 minutes my money Rs 39407 was deducted from my SBI Savings Account....

I had paid 15, 270 rupees through paytm. The money got deducted from my credit card but the transaction failed on the merchant side. But they immediately refunded the amount to SBI. But even that is not reflecting on my sbi card dashboard. I am very worried....

I opened an SBI savings bank account on May 16, 2023, and I just noticed that Rs 588 has been deducted (transfer to sbi securities).
I did not request that a Demat account be opened in addition to the savings account.

The SBI raises so much of outstanding amount for my card when I have to pay only 5500...they are that 21000 to pay the amount as we clear the dues...i[censored] r not paid that amount u will be written off for that they are telling...plz resolve the issue...

I have purchased an order for a gas stove (Videm Gas Stove SS2 196 A Black) on amazon on 15th April, it was delivered on 20th April and as it was damaged, I have returned it back to amazon on 24th April.
While I have ordered it for cash on delivery, Amazon has processed my refund to my back account that I have added in my amazon application.

Amazon Customer service had informed that the refund...

When i click on "All Deposit accounts " in SBI Home page. Earlier it used to show consolidated Grand Total figure of all FDs at the bottom. But now grand total is not shown, it is creating lot of discomfort to customers, its very nuisance to customer to take calculator and add all the FDs to know the grand total.
Its against to the customers user friendly service.
Also against to RBI rules towards customer satisfaction.

I lost my money from my account..
It says TP ACH transaction but I didn't give any mandate to debit my money.. but from last 2 months my money is getting debited I lost 1140 ruppes
First time on 14th April 2023 570 rupees
Second time on 18th may 2023 570 rupees
I asked bank but they are not responsible itseems.....

SBI Cards Blocked my card since january and the card and my account is still blocked and its the month of may now.
They are just taking my money and I am unable to use the card.
Pathetic customer service.
Have provided them all the details but no resolution till now....

I have a credit card with SBI. Last month i couldn't be able to pay the due. After 10 days, I am getting a lot of WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers about my due and their talks are getting worse day by day. It's a shame that SBI India's biggest bank employees bark like dogs and talk like perverts to a woman. I am ready to make the payment on this month's due date which is the 25th. I have ordered a saree by Amazon at 11 April 2023 order number is[protected] but the product is delivered by Amazon is damaged so i have asked refund and Amazon is initiated refund at the date of April 18 but till today i didn't receive the money and i have raised a complaint to Amazon then they give me a reference number the reference number is D80793157 and also im providing ordered screenshot and reference screenshot please check...

A refund of Rs 1584.52 issued from an e-commerce site on 4th april 2023 still not credited to my bank account its been 42 days. And i have been to bank multiple times and still not a clear response from bank ease help me....

I got a message showing that money was debited from my account but I didn't do any purchasing and checked I'd it's fake or real but they real debited it...

From my SBI savings account, a amount of 1000 is debited as "by debit card-othpg*******mumbai"etc.This is not with my awareness.SBI should answer this...
