Hi,
I booked a room on June 30 and canceled on July 1st owing to New covid restrictions in my city. I emailed asking for a refund and was told that I would only get a credit voucher. It's been five days since I confirmed. However, I have not gotten my money, or the voucher. No response to emails or calls.
