Sterling Hospital — No communication to security guard and not handling well by one guard

Madam / Dear Sir,

My wife Shagun Goel Room No 403 admitted at gurukul road branch on 2 april 2024 10.00 pm around, i have one son age 5 years, at admin desk they inform me kids not allowed i told them i have no one if you give permission then only i will get admit, they took permission and asked me to write consent form which i have written and submitted to him.

Next day on 3 april, i took my son with me for bath to my home around 11.30 am, when i come back gaurd (paresh) ask me if you have permission as he told i have no message, i told yes i have i have given consent also then he ask me to meet at reception desk i went and met she told me you were moving with repeatedly that why he send to him i told first time i went out and came in and when i was going to room he ask what receptionist told angrily i told him i just went one time why you lied that i have take my son for more than 1 times. Then whole day my son did not come out of my floor.

Next day on april 4, my son was in the room and floor for whole day i did not took him out.

Next day on 5 april, again i took with out me with first day when i came back again same gaurd paresh ask me, i told him i have permission. At evening i inform my floor manager that kindly inform the gaurd he is also asking me and also i complaint him about relative bedsheet was not changed at morning. First time i took my son to canteen at night and came back to room.

Today on 6 april, my son did not come out of floor, and suddenly floor gaurd came he told me he got call from same gaurd paresh and he is asking me about my permission, i went to my floor manager he aslo told me he dont know about my permission and he given call at reception desk, my manager told they also dont know, he then call the admin office and enquired about my permission. I got angry and frustrated from this lack of communication and same gaurd harassing me. Also today my bedsheet not changed, I asked my floor manager where to complaint, he told me to meet at reception desk. I went i ask to provide me procedure for complaint she asked the matter which i refused to speak to her just i told her i want to complaint, she gave me unregistered book to write down and then i started to explain my issue she got call regarding me only, then same girl accepted i have permission but to my floor manager at reception team told they dont know.

For four days i am leaving they are saying they dont know when i started to complain everybody knows and say you have permission.

The way i am treating here not good regarding permission of my son. I really wanted upper management to know the issue. Kindly also issue pass for child like there is pass for every thing.

Once again repeatedly i was questioned i did not like one time okay per every day and ground guard today called and asked floor gaurd to enquire even my son did not come out of floor directly not fair. If was happening any issue it should inform senior it has been 4 days i am in hospital.

I cant express more but i do feel harassed. I don't get what purpose today of ground gaurd to call from ground and ask me about pass as today my son did not come out of floor. Every day is enquiring me about my child permission i get so many people he not remember but today i did took him with me then why he called and asked. I feel he was having some issue with me even for fruit pass one gaurd but again he rechecked i feel i was targeting by him so many gaurd present but only one gaurd parvesh was having issue with me.

Please issue pass for child also. So next time same issue is not there
