Stray Dogs — Take away the stray dogs as our health is getting adversely affected and they are causing financial losses as well

I am resident of New SKF Colony, Opp Hotel Kamini, Chinchwad -411033. I am writing this complaint, because there exists a same complaint for same place and still no action is taken. There are 10-12 stray dogs staying in the colony, and the number increases every year. They start barking and crying in the middle of the night and disturb the sleep. This is affecting mental health of residents. These dogs bark at kids in the evening, kids get scared and start running, and after that dogs also start running behind them. This may cause a fatal accident. These dogs even tear down the seat of 2-wheelers in the night. It is very frustrating to see the torn seat in the morning while leaving for work/college. The owner has to bear the financial losses caused due to this. These dogs have torn seat of my scooty several times till now, and many other residents have faced this issue. Please take these dogs away and never bring them back here, before any serious accident happens.
