Stray Dogs — Trouble because of street dogs

Hello Sir, I am resident of NIT Faridabad. I am getting trouble due to street dogs. Because of them i am unable to sleep properly because of their barks and fights all night and also unable to focus on my studies because of the disturbance. Also my parents who are in their 50s are facing problem in their quality sleep.
So, I request you to look into the matter and take actions accordingly as soon as possible.
