We have purchased IFB microware 3 weeks back. But for demo nobody came from IFB. We have called so many times to the call center but nothing helped out. Also they gave some local contact person's number we were keep on calling everyday they were telling they will come. But nobody came.
Service is truly pathetic. Feeling like we have done big mistake to buy IFB microwave as it still not get started even after 3 weeks.
