Dear sir /madam, I'm india bank holder i was one of the products booked in amazon online shopping using my indian bank dipti card & booked refund on 23.01.2018 still now not refunded amazon side was fund transfer to your seme bank against of transaction no[protected]. I'm speek to my branch veerapandi he is sai to me i don't have any transaction number your account against no credit pending i'm sending email also to my branch veerapandi on one responding my email please help me what can i do...?
