I bought Sukam brand new inverter and battery from a Dealer in Palam, NewDelhi called 'Dwarka Batteries' on 10th April 2014. But only after 1 month of purchase the inverter has started malfunctioning. It only provides a backup of 10-15 mins with only one fan and one CFL light.I contacted the dealer with complaint but they immediately said that they could not do anything and i have to contact the customer care. I then contacted the customer care on '[protected]' on 3rd June 2014. They said they are registering the complaint and provided me with the following complaint number "[protected]". They also mentioned that the Sukam engineer will contact me in 24 hours to resolve the issue.
But to my shock and surprise, nobody bothered to contact me regarding this for more than 20 days now, I must have called customer care 15-20 times and have also talked to all their seniors ( Rakesh khanduri, Anil Srivastav ), but every one has mastered the art of giving false commitments.
can you please suggest the best way to get my products replaced and to make Sukam pay for being such a big CHEATER. Was this information helpful? |
