I have bought sunflame chimney and made installation request on 10th may 2019, my complaint no. Is which i got from call center [protected] and my mobile no. Is [protected]
Super poor service of sunflame call centre. It shocking that call centre executives continue disconnecting the calls, when i complaint, ms. Neha very casually replied that this is technical problem they cant do anything, talked to ms. Neha, rahul, gaurav but no talking etiquette, poor calling skill. I have made request to install sunflame chimney i missed the service engineer call, but when i called back to that guys he told me that he would not come today now and come tomorrow but when i call him again tomorrow he refused to come and tell me that somebody else would come. However, no body turn on so far, called more than five time but no solution and when i asked that i wanted to talk your seniors ms. Neha told me that we have no senior available this time, call us later. This is so ridiculous that they don’t want to solve customers complaints anyhow. Was this information helpful? |
