Dear Sir /Madam,
In high disappointing tone, I herby want to draw your attention towards the problem which I am facing almost every 2 months in my Sunflame Three Burner gas stove.
I had purchased this product in April 2017 and after using it for one year, I found that there is problem in one burner of gas chulla for which I lodged the complaint in customer care and he had visited my home to get rectified.
But after that I am continuously facing this burner problem as it didn't lighten up and I had to continously called the agent from your company to get rectified.
I unable to understand why the same problem occurred even though it get rectified so many times.
After completion of warranty period I have to continuously made service charge payment of Rs 200/-.
I thought sunflame value it's customer and understand their problem and get it rectified and fix the problem, but from such bad experience that I am facing I am highly disappionted with your service and will share this on social media platform also so that you will understand the pain of the customer which he/she is facing from your product.
For your reference I am sharing you the details of sunflame gas Chullah that I have purchase from your agent.
