I bought sunflame chimney in the month of April 2021, the chimney stopped working on 23rd July then I filed complaint for which technician visited and said that the power box has failure and will lead to the change in the hardware. He gave us the timeline of 1 week for the part available. Today it's 10th August and there has been no response since then. Hence I am writing you as told by the customer executive.
