[Resolved] Sunrise International - The Timber Guy — Furniture not delivered

My order #8083, was placed 2months back and till today the product is not delivered by sunrise timber guy company. Many attempts were made to reach the company via calls and emails, but they do not give proper details of delivery. After sometime they have stopped responding to calls. Was this information helpful? Jan 2, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my order today. The quality of the product is also good. Packaging and delivery was also good. I believe they are not fraud, just their delivery time is late and way of handling customers is lame. Hope they improve, otherwise I am glad all went well at the end.

I received my order today. The quality of the product is good. Packaging and delivery was also good.

I believe they are not fraud, just their delivery time is late and way of handling customers is lame. Hope they improve, otherwise I am glad all went well at the end.
