Surpluss.In — No handset in my Iphone 6 order

I have ordered Iphone 6 with Order number #[protected] on 18th October and i got the order on 2nd November. when i open the parcel there in no iphone hand set, there is only charger and haed phone are available. immediately i try to contact surpluss.in customer service number[protected] but it is not connecting to care people. i sent a mail to [protected]@surpluss.in and witing for the response. i really dont know what to do now.
