My husband had purchased a ring from Tanishq Oberoi Goregaon Mumbai on 18th Sept 2023 amounting to Rs 14999 and due to change in size we approached tanishq on 24th sept 2023 for a finger size change, which was accepted by them.
1. Firstly, they took a month and secondly on 23rd Oct 2023 they got a ring which was wrong in size i.e ‘I’ ( My size taken was ‘J’ ).
2. There was a credit note of Rs 1600 due to smaller resizing of ring, which Tanishq didn’t issue to us and revised the invoice to original price of 14999 itself.
3.Subsequently, they are not ready to change ‘I’ size to ‘J’ mistake being done by them still I am suffering the same.
4. On 4th November 2023, Tanishq oberoi deliberately didn’t change and just to avoid the process they are cracking the ring to adjust it to my size and forcing me to accept the same Or else they are not able to do anything.
The process would take 45 days to get the same ring of my size but Tanishq is not willing to do so and till now on 14th November 2023 i haven’t received my Ring.
In overall this process, as a customer i am very much disheartened as i had a deep trust since my childhood over Tanishq and after being harassed a lot of times and non supportive employee behaviour and rude interaction, made a negative impact on me.
I request you if i can get any assistance or help in any case would be really helpful.
