I am Prabin Behera, Started work with Tata Business Support Services Ltd from 25- jul-2016.I Lost my mobile lenovo K4 note which is only 3 months old with mobile number [protected] on company premises on 07-sept-2016. According to company rule i have submitted my mobile to a senior executive at 9.30 am . after my working hour when asked for mobile it was not there and mobile was switched off.
when report them regarding my lost mobile they have started their internal investigation which is highly appreciated. but according manager Mr . Alok Nag company is not responsible for above situation . when i asked him for contact details of HR team or higher details, he said he is not authorised to give ant ones contact details. when i asked him to send that person to whom i have submitted my mobile on 07-jul-2016 to along with me to police station station to raise a police complaint, he replied that he is not authorised to send any one .
i am really disappointed with my company. if company is not responsible for lost mobile then why they are collecting mobile like this. Was this information helpful? |
