I shifted to tata ariana on the 24th of september 2017 and today is 27th of september 2017. What i learnt from these 3 days is faulty maintenance policies and mismanagement on such an upscale property. At close to 1 am, i reach for the taps to find them running dry. I rush down to the maintenance wing just to be greeted by drowsy security guys who aggravate the situation furthermore by telling me that there's nothing much i can do about the situation right now as there's no particular complaint form available on them since "it is a newly constructed property". Had a talk with an even drowsier dg operator, mr. Ranjit who said that the pump operator shall arrive only after 9 am.
Point 1. When you guys are such incapable to handle such meagre affairs, why on first place did you give possession and permissions to occupy the flats?
Point 2. Maintenance was promised 24 hours, 7 days a week, why isn't there no one authorised or responsible around?
Point 3. I feel cheated on having paid maintenance when you so called "big brand" people can't even take care of such necessities.
Hardly disappointed. I want a revert on my complaint asap or i'd be bound to take affairs to the top management.
