Complaints repeatedly ignored / worst service ever by any company

have been using tata photon. my internet speed went down to 0.04 MBps since 8th. Have called 8-9 times about my problem but they keep saying it will be solved within 4 hours. Harassment by Tata Indicom

Purchased product not as advertised

I am the customer of Tata Photon Plus service from December 2011. As per my subscription plan, the Download bandwidth should be 3.1Mbps & Upload bandwidth should be 1.5Mbps. The subscription charges are Rs.650/- per month, for 3GB usage. Since there is a network sharing by multiple subscribers, the bandwidth can go down to a minimum of 30% of the plan bandwidth, which should be ~1.0Mbps for download & ~500Kbps upload during peak hours....
