Tata Memorial Hospital — Refund of Teleconsultation fees

My case no. Is TC/03706. My cancer stage is critical but the teleconsultation is being done by assistants. I paid the fees to get teleconsultation from a senior cancer surgeon or specialist. The advise they are giving can be given by a medical representative. I don't find any substance or value in the process of teleconsultation. Plz refund my fees if possible. Very much disappointed with the quality of teleconsultation.
