It's been month we have given our car to service which should not take 2 weeks. They have kept it for months now..they are not responding nor telling when it will complete. This is very disappointing service from Tata motors. How long they will take it is not clear and no amount of calls is helping...

I have complained many times. I could not find the correct answer from anywhere at Tata's service center and Tata's showroom.
I was told by the company that the range is 437 kms. But actual real life range is 250 km. The company gave me wrong information.Due to the range not working properly, the car is not working for me, which is useless for me. Please solve issue ya refund my money...

Vehicle not properly handled while free service. I purchased the vehicle in January 2023, While performing the free service, new issues cropped up which service center (Sayar) is not accepting. TATA motors refused to service my vehicle since recommended kilometer is 2000 but my total kilometers was 3000. i was not told earlier that if i cross 2000KM then service would not be done.

I never seen such kind of poor service in any car dealerships. I have purchased Tata punch in June 2022 and from the starting I am facing AC problem, my 3rd service too done but again and again raised my complaint they didn't resolved.
