I own a Tata Nano with registration no. RJ27 CC 1250, located at Udaipur, Rajasthan. I had been suffering miserably due to frequent change of Tata Dealers in Udaipur. As promoted by the Tata Executive, I also purchased the GOLD-AMC for my car at the time of purchase of Nano. However, since my purchase I am not getting Quality Service and have the following complains :-
1...Since my purchase never did I got an average above 18km/ltr. Presently, I am getting an average of 16.5 km/ltr.
2...The horn of the care required replacement during January 2015, however your dealer couldn't arrange a new horn, hence I had to purchase it from the market ??? I had to do this, as it was very riskful to run the car in the city, without a horn.
3...The Bonnet of the car is badly rusted at two points. It's a very shocking lapse on account of materials used in the car. Rusting on the lower rims is still understandable, but rusting on the edges of the bonnet is utterly shocking. The dealer says this is neither covered under the warranty nor covered under my AMC ???
4...I had to pay for Oil change, washing & vacuuming, Standard Checks AC Filter, Filter Packs during service on 11/4/2015. However, I was told that Oil change etc. is free during entire AMC period. Request you to resolve the issues at the earliest.
