This is in reference to activation of "News lite NETFLIX basic combo pack" on my Tata Play account [protected] without any Request Initiation from my end for the same & not initiating any consent for activation of this pack.
This is sheer harassment for a senior citizen by Tata Play who doesnt even have Tata Play binge set top box to avail this service & doesnt even have a Netflix id and has never accessed such a service. It has been Usage records can be checked at Tata Play end.
While recharging my Tata Play account I was trying to analyze surge in my monthly charges for last 3-4 months, to my total surprise i found being charged for this pack.
Immediately, I called up Tata Play call center for de-activation of the same & refund of my money since the time this "News lite NETFLIX basic combo pack" has been activated on my Tata Play account. ( Complaint no : 4AVL8RN3)
Thereafter, todayi.e[protected] at 7pm received a call from Tata sky team - caller Pranita saying charges cant be reversed ; if not satisfied contact our Nodal officer for any complaints . The caller was very impatient, just not ready to hear my concern and check further. The caller was very unwilling to share her complete name & from which back team of Tata Sky she was calling.
Exremely poor service standards from a brand like Tata.This have never been the case
