I've been trying to change my primary box to secondary and secondary to primary box as my primary box is of no use but I'm directed to pay for both. I've contacted the tata sky telephonic customer care for many times (which isn't toll free as they mentioned) but they put the call in hold for half an hour and reply we will resolve asap but forget and not care after that.
They haven't even opened a complaint ticket to track.
Ive been very disappointed with the customer care service of tata sky as they are charging for channels that I didn't add but they add random channels and charge for them.
