SIR, I am a TATA PLAY customer, my tata play consumer no [protected]. I am paying Rs. 226 regularly every month and my next due is on 1st October 2022. i got a message that i have to pay Rs. 269 before 27th September 2022 other wise my services will be disconnected. I hadn't modified any channels for the past 1 year and more. i had talked to their customer care and they are saying that they will look into this. But today morning i got a message that my services will be disconnected on today midnight. i called the customer care and they are not giving any proper information about the tariff hike. i request you to look into the matter and help me to solve this.
