Unnecessarily harrasment for payment

Hello,

This is to inform that I was using one tata post paid connection ([protected]) but when i realised that i dont need it any more. I called up customer care dept. and told them that i want to deactivate the connection.
They asked me : why you do not want to use it ...i told them that I dont need it as there is no requirement of that connection any more as i am using one more connection of Airtel mobile.They told...

Security did not refunded

I have disconnected my Tata broadband connection on 29th May,2009.
I had made security deposit of Rs 500/- towards bachelor security which was due to be refunded with in 45 days. Even after 5month i did not get the security refunded.

I have check no and all the transaction details of the check been credited to TTML account.
After number of mails and calls to TTML customer care they committed severals date when...

not cleraring our accounts

fraud coupons supplied by distributor

I had purchased 4 recharge coupon of 360rs/ in the month of april 21, 2008 but they all are already reedemed. from last 18 months i am trying to resolve my problem from tata. but i got very poor feedback from tata customer services. when even i talked with the customer care they are saying contact with the local help desk. when i contact with punjabi bagh (new delhi) local hub so they had informed me this coupon are recharged from there directly....

Threat by TATA Teleservices Ltd Recovery Agents

My telephone was clonned from January 09 to April 09. I came to know this fact after complaining hundred of times to tata customer care department. they said that are sorting out your problem. But from Jan 09 to April 09 the problem could solved. In this period the phone number and the instrument was of no use for me bcos i could not use it but continously i was getting fake calls from unknown persons.

inflated billing

The bill for Aug'09 shows internet charges of Rs 2702/- which is inflated(details enclosed). I am after them from 28th,the billing date, no response till date.

Tata Teleservices Limited - In Coimbatore - I have purchased a land line connection for tele marketing, on date ted 15may. till now my connection was not activated. no proper response from the marketing people D.Krishna Kumar. When ever i call him he says i ill call u within 10 mins and makes the phone switched off.. its more than 10 days till now i dont get any response from the certain people.

Being interested from TV ads I filled up an online form for Tata indicom wireless broadband service on 06.04.09. On the next day I found an e-mail in my inbox that they will contact me soon. I am not using this number since 3-4 months and was dicontinued due to insturment problem and not repiared...
