My tata photon number is [protected] and no outstanding bill till date 19 dec 2017 but still my mom received recovery agent call today from [protected]. Need proper justification on this and apology for the same from that recovery agent only... I already raised cancellation request for all my tata docomo number which i am using from last 3 years..
The way of talking of that agent to my mom was very bad. They have no right to harrass my parents.
