Tech Mahindra — My Assignment is not open to write

I am a candidate from tech M assessment Evaluation member. In my 3rd round the test credentials are not open with the duration of the time as 11 AM to 2 PM. The time is over without attempt my test. so, I request to you please reschedule my exam with my proper credentials . I hope you reschedule my test with my request. Thank You!

SHL, team also give me the response like it can be re-sheduled by tech M team only.
