Tech Mahindra — OT and Double Pay not received and its been more than 6 months

I was supposed to receive upto 5-6 Thousand Rupees Incentive as overtime for the month of July and was supposed to receive the 4 double day amount on which I worked but didn't receive the same.

I have requested from HR and they are not responding nor paying me the amount .
