I booked tempo traveller digitally by calling their Number from Website on March 28, 2024 and sent 4500/-via Gpay for booking but then this Guy who claims to be Rahul Verma never shared any details and I kept calling him till midnight which is almost 8 hours of nightmare that I had to go through while dealing with other options to still complete my trip. I felt mentally harassed by this person who then said someone had died all of a sudden out of nowhere that he could not share any details for driver or refund my money and its been 5 days of calling and texting him but no response.
