Biotrim Labs — Order cancellation
For some reason I ordered Testo Ultra on 11th May 2017 and paid Rs.10005 (INR) to biotrimlabs.com. On the same day I wanted to cancel the order and mailed the same at [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.
Today have received a mail from BioTrim Labs Support saying some of their representative will talk to me shortly. But nobody responded till today.
Again I wrote a mail again requesting to cancel the order and refund my money.
Again I requested them through a mail and said in India Rs.10000 is a big amount and I am not a rich man so please consider my case and refund me my money at the earliest.
If required I can send you copies of mails. Please take some necessary steps. My point is in these days we use many e-commerce sites and after ordering if cancellation is ordered within a specified time say 10 days or so, they accept the cancellation request and refund money. But it seems to me that this site is like a booby trap, if anyone is caught he won't have any chance to escape.
Please sir help me to get out of this trap.
