The Artment And Delhivery Couriers — I am complaining about the non shipment of the order

I had ordered cozy weave towels set of 6 on order number on #LM169381 on the artment online home decor page on 2nd April 2024 but the shipment is not arrived yet .I received an email stating that twh order has been delivered on OTP basis by artment through Delhivery couriers but I had not received.

I raised this issue multiple times with the artment agency through phone calls and emails .Mr prahar and Mr Ankur took up the calls and shunted me stating that they have raised the issue with the courier agency and would revert within 48 hours .

I have been following up with the artment but in vain .looks like artment ia a fraud agency
