I ordered an extension Nov 3 and they never responded or sent me any updates. I paid for it and got an order ID confirmation message, further they ghosted and there's no way I can contact them. Whoever is responsible should be charged under IPC 420 and punished/sentenced for cheating/scamming people's income.
