TheKnowledgeAcademy — False commitment in slots booking

I just enquired about lean six Sigma certification to knowledge Academy from one of the websites after I registered with knowledge Academy. There was a call from a counsellor name Miss Kavya Gowda so Kavya inform me about the details of the courses and the price of the cost was Rs.50, 000 and she gave me a offer and then the price was deducted to 17, 700 including GST When Kavya was giving me the information I asked her that is it possible to start a course from Monday because I have just a week time to complete this course so she agreed to it and for that reason I did the payment after the payment was done, Kavya send me the details of the slots so there was no slots which was starting from Monday. It was directly starting in some mid of July or end of the July. So I asked Kavya that before she told me That I will get the classes on Monday and after that she denied so her way of attitude and the speaking behaviour totally changed and she started arguing with me. I have a WhatsApp screenshot of a chat with Kavya Gowda, where she mention me that I can go and complain and she mentioned me that I am not paying the money to him. I am paying the money to the company so I informed her that she is a representative from the company knowledge Academy, so she is responsible for the things which she is doing Later on. I got a call from her manager Sushmita Nath and Sushmita inform me that I have taken a Flexi pass and it’s not refundable but before the payment the counsellor didn’t inform me about the terms and conditions that if I do the payment there is no refund but later they are sending me some ### screenshots where it is clearly mention that it’s non-refundable non-transferable, so I am not the responsible person who should not get my refund back. I am a middle-class person Who runs a family in a very difficult situation and I remember how I collected that money for this course and now if I am asking a refund from them they’re telling it’s not possible for the refund and still they’re sending me the same screenshot again and again mentioning the slots on weekends which is not possible for me and this lose my interest in taking a class from knowledge Academy. Now since it’s a week I am asking them for a refund and there is no response from their side and Sushmita is continuously sending me an email that it’s not possible. It’s not possible and I am fed up of that email and it’s making me passive aggressive And I don’t know what should I do in this case and I am still hopeless now if any of you guys have a way to tackle the situation, please do let me know because I am not interested in taking any of the classes from knowledge Academy. I just need my Rs.17, 700 back from this knowledge Academy .
