Thomas Cook India — my singapore trip

Dear sir. My trip from 12/3/19/to 16/3/19 any one not pickup from airport i caught a taxi to reach our hotel our booking is triple but hotel staff asked extra money for third bed and only provide two persons utilities for me. As per itinerary last sight seeing spot is china town but they drop at little india and tell me you go back hotel on your own this is the experience of our trip we never expected from thomas cook we are totally disappoint
