I had done online pre payment in 2020 of rupees 1535 to tikona but they did not provided any services cause of COVID they said they will processes refund not it 2021 nd still the refund is not processed, [ [protected] ] this is the account no, of which refund is pending then in august they again contacted me for connection and im Work from home nd i was not having wifi service's nd was literally using my phones hotspot so that time they said they have to use different id to give services and i have make payment again cause any how when the company customer care starts again you will get refund the engineer told me so i trusted him and did the same but now they are not giving refund i have called to their customer care multiple times but they just say team will get back but no team contacts me nd then one day they said will trans that refund amount in your current new account it will take 7days but 6 months have passed no use and then i said if you will give me refund then only i will make payment nd now the money did company on me only nd they are asking me to come court and all but i have stopped using their services in june only i have removed the wires nd now i have done cleared all their due payment i just want my refund nd to disconnect their services for that also i have tried to contact them through customer care nd mails but no use cause they don't respond only so please help me please tell the company to take their machines away from my home nd just give me the refund [ [protected] ] this is my second account username also im attaching the payment done in 2020 proof
