Time Broadband — inappropriate and waste customer care

Hi team,

Please take strict action to the co. They r making fake promises and when u need their service for broad band they even dont remembering you. I have availed new connection and its 1 day only they gave me old router after continuosly calling 4 days then they had change the router. After 1 month i had problem with speed and its showing no internet. When i called them they are helpless no one is picking the call and taking action. Please make them fake.
