Hi I m writing this message to advise the management of Timesaverz the ridiculous service that I from your team.

I recently moved to Hyderbad with my family and took your service for the deep cleaning of the house. For the money that was spend by me (Rs 6000) for the deep cleaning as per quoted by someone sitting out of Mumbai from your organization, I did not get any of that service.

1) The team was not educated at all - they could not even talk Hindi, forget English. They were locals from the near by village who were bought by the supervisor by train half an hour after the supervisor arrived.

2) They were Rude and was hard to communicate with them.
3) As promised by the team for a 3 BHK Deep cleaning it takes at least 7-8 hours however they were gone 3-4 hours with half of the house left with cob webs, not cleaned, dust all around, carpets not vacuumed, etc etc.
4) Before leaving the supervisor was insisting for a tip for the people on top of the service cost.

I reported the same to your team in Mumbai and escalated to Chaitali Ghosal ([protected]@timesaverz.co.in) on Feb 20th 2017 which is a day later after they did the job and was promised someone by her that someone would visit the next day which never happened.

She being the Head - Customer care did not even bother to follow up on the matter which clearly shows there is no escalation Matrix and customer service in your organization.

As we insisted that we did not want the same people to get the house cleaned, we waited until yesterday ( March 2nd 2017) as we were expecting a call however no-one called.

We called the team again and escalated again to Chaitali Ghosal as she is the Head of Customer care apparently however their was no support from her. After so many escalations there was a team (2 people) sent to clean only the area which we had shared the picture ( ideally pictures were just the noticeable things which the earlier team did not do, we could not take the whole house pics so sent her few as reference however advised the team from the initial escalation that we need our money back or the house cleaned completely).

Chaitali Ghosal claimed that they have an office in Hyderabad with a manager named Sumit Kunti however he was never part of any discussion and we don't understand what is his role. Moreover, people who came to work here advised me that Timesaverz does not even have an office here. So don't think where your organization or people is TRUSTWORTHY.

When asked for the money back today Chaitali said No and she said the whole cleaning is not possible too and disconnected the call...Overall a very bad customer care, customer service and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY.

They charge HUGE money with all the dealings from Mumbai and no involvement here locally ( if they have an office and a manager).
