TimesofMoney — Amount deducted but not getting uc

I purchased UC worth rupees 1900 in Battlegrounds mobile India on oct - 18, 2021 and did not received it yet.
I tried to contact bank also and bank told me that transaction is done to INB Times of Money.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
I really need that Uc
