TimesofMoney — Fund Transferred, but not credited to Rummy circle nor returned back

Address:C - Uma Sadan, 10th Road khar (west), Guru Gangeshwar Mandir

Respected sir / Madam

Please note I had transferred Rs. 30.000 twice on 10th October 2021, but the transaction failed but the fund didn't come back to my account.

Transfer was done by Netbanking.

Please look into it and do the needful.
