[Resolved]  Tolexo — Complain about commercial weighing scale order still not confirmed

We had booked 2 commercial weighing scale, 1 stealodeal 7 kg and another 100 kg from gravity paltform scale vide thro tolexo website for which we made payment by credit card but we received order confirmation for stealodeal only and not 100 kg gravity platform weighing scale.
We had been calling on the contact nos 82828282 but to no avail as we have still not received any satisfactory answer till now.
We are looking to receive the order confirmation for our another order for gravity platform weighing scale but we are still facing problem,
There has been no correspondence whatsoever from tolexo as why the delay is to receive order confirmation nor reply on phone.
We have already done payment and dont know if we can cancel the order and get refund for the same.
