Sir I was demanded cash at wajroo toll plaza even after my fastag balance was 1000 confirmed by one of your customer care executives on toll free no I was made to wait there for two hours and then returned back and misbehaved also when I denied the cash payments I raised a complaint no 5260465 but even after repeated calls to toll free no I m denied any info related to complaint.
I need a written reply because I have to go to court for this care less behavior. I have enough money in my fastag wallet and I have not recharged it since then Was this information helpful? |
