TOS Systems & Solutions — With out project hiring people and Terminating and Not paying salary for employee

Hai., I got Offer from above mention company, I have worked around 20 days there, suddenly that manager Mr.Ravi shanker told me you no need to come tomorrow on words, i was shocked and asked the reason, he simply said project no yet finalized, so we cannot pay salary. With out finalize why he hired me and giving works.I asked my salary for 20 days, many time i asked salary for 20 days but he not ready to pay. My dears don't believe this company, if any one got a call from this company don't show the interest on. More important is that TOS Systems & Solutions company not registered company, its running simply with around 7 employees. This Company located in 4A/14, Jayanthi Nagar, Kaundampalyam, Coimbatore : 641 030. | T: 0422 – 4346690, but they giving one offer letter address is different distrinct. they playing with Employees carrer and personal life. I belived this company and i left my pervious job and joined. but now no job bcoz of this company and manager. So friends don't believe this company. This is Fraud company an using situation of those who are looking for job . Thanks,
