Dear Sir/Madam My name is Gaurav Dhamija.I had purchased Toshiba company fridge 661 Ltr Model attached the E-mail Please check purchased Date 03-Jun-2021 from your Authorised dealer Multi Mart S.C.O 530, Sector 70 Mohali with invoice number 277 and amount 68000/.He gave me fridge delivery the next day.After a while two boys from Toshiba Service Center arrive.And UNBOX the fridge.In which scratches and dents are visible on the fridge.And the packaging of the fridge was also not done right, the packaging of the fridge was also soaked with water.The two boys who had come from the care center had no idea about this fridge, they also broke the part of this fridge and asked to change it the next day that we will change the part.After taking training again, he left saying to return the next day.And haven't come yet.I also gave information about all these incidents on your dealer's number [protected].Even after this no one came from the service center.After this I wrote a complaint on your customer care number [protected] whose number was written on[protected] Dated 05-June-2021.But till now no response has come and today again I called customer care and complained and I was reassured.It is my request to you that my problem should be solved so that I can also stay connected with your company's product. Note:- PLEASE REPLACE THE FRIDGE. And I have not the complaint in Consumer Helpline.Gov.in and Complaint Number is 2775795.
