I purchased 661l Toshiba refrigerator but only after 20 days it stopped cooling. When I called their customer care they said no one will fix your problem do whatever you want and go complain. They were highly unprofessional and rude. On contacting the shop from where I purchased they were helpful enough to arrange a technician from the company who said that the PCB has some problem and needs to be replaced. After that no one came and they always replied that the spare part is in transition it’s been almost a month of complaining my fridge is still not working. I am fed up now. After spending 80000/- my whole summer season went without fridge. Highly unprofessional people Was this information helpful? |
