To whomsoever it may concern,
I have raised a service request against the vide request number sr[protected] on 4 february 2017 regarding problem relating to screen fluctuation and vertical lines on screen.
It hay been a month company has not provided with resolution, the service center staff are highly rude the are unclear and says to approach company customer care not to them. As per their view company is not supplying with parts. Service center people very rare pick call and talk properly and after a while the rudely disconnect the call.
I have also marked a mail to [protected]@toshiba-india.com, they just reply with apologies and inform matter has been escalated.
Poor product, poor service and this company has failed to serve the customer. Company customer service support has no solutions just they have one answer matter has been escalated.
One of the baddest company i have experienced.
