I have bought Toshiba 32 inch LED almost 18 months back. It has come with 3 yrs warranty. One month back the TV panel has burned then I contacted call center on 7 Nov (Complaint No:SRYD0013292) and service executive visisted my home on 9 Nov, told me that he ordered new panel to replace and it will come with in 3 to 4 days.From then whenever I called these people they are telling the same story and prolonged till now. When I called to India call center these people asking the story from the beginning and I patiently explained all this story to the each and every call center executive then they were simply connecting to the local executives(Bangalore) again the story is same. Because of these I remembered all of the call center executives by the names (Vivek, Manish, Saurabh..etc). I think almost all of the staff know my problem but none of them is provided the solution. From the past one week even the local service executives are not responding for the calls.This month I received Rs.1400 as a mobile bill for all these. I fed up with this Toshiba TV service.
