Touch Lcd House — Phone screen neither get replaced nor I had get refund. I had spend Rs 1160 on it.

I ordered a moto g5s plus combo folder (which is a touch + display of a the phone mentioned) on 24/08/2022 for Rs 1048. I got the part delivered to me on 03/092022. On 07/09/2022 I tried testing it. At first when I connected it with the phone and turned the phone on, it was running ok. I only turned the phone on for few seconds 30 or 40 seconds then turned it off. As it is working ok, so I decided to install it, so then I took out the back plastic and front screen cover plastic which didn't have any sort of information on them about warranty or anything else, they were simple plastic films. Then I again connected the screen and turned the mobile on and then proceeded to find the glue in my home to paste it. The screen was on for 1 to 2 minutes then. When I came back i saw it was having discolouration at specific points which with time growed and the screen started flickering. I turned it off and again turned it on, the same flickering was there. I decided to give it a wait for few minutes. So I turned the phone off and after five minutes turned it on. The screen was running ok again then after few minutes o[censored]sing it againg started flickering.
So on 7th of september night I decided to fill the replacement form of touchlcd house to replace the product. I had written them the problem of the screen, uploaded photos of the discolouration and flickering.
On 8th of september they told me a silly reason not to replace my screen. They told me as I had removed the plastics they won't replace it.
I proceeded to say them back that they are giving lame excuses not to return my screen.
After that they told me to upload clear images of the front side and back side of the screen.
I uploaded it.
Then they asked me to ship the screen to them with my own money on 09/09/2022.
I booked courier on the same day and on 10/09/2022 for Rs 112, the courier partner picked up the screen and delivered it on 15/09/2022 to them.

After that on 16/09/2022 they told me the same lame excuse that they won't replace it as the plastics were not there. Even after I send them the pictures on 08/09/2022 with no plastics on the screens, they told me to ship the screen but now they are telling that they won't replace it as the plastics were not there. Neither did they returned the screen nor did they replace it nor did they refund my money. They provided a faulty screen they should replace it, why should they bother about silly plastics on the screen which don't have any information on them(they were simple plastics.) What should the plastic matter if the entire screen is defective. How should have I installed the screen with the plastics on. If they are giving 30 days replacement policy they should know how their product is used by customers. Customers have to peel the plastics in order to install it. I spent a total of Rs 1048 on the screen + Rs 112 on shipping the screen.
They should replace the screen pay my shipment money or refund the total amount of 1160 to me.
