I ordered a big carpet 9 x 6 and the vendor was Chavvi Enterprises.
I got the order - totally damaged and defective in three places, we could see. I sent numerous emails from the same day I received till now but still no response from Tradus. I do not know how to return and get a refund. It is falling on deaf ears. Also you cannot upload any photos to the website as it is stuck at "uploading" whenever we try and hence cannot even reach customer support throough their web support. And ironically this is an online bazaar. Even sent an email to Chavvi but no response from them as well. I guess they must be taken to task properly .And I need to fix my problem of return and refund.
