As part of Airtel Black Plan, the company is promising customer to install free DTH connection and asking them to port from existing service providers.
Based on this commitment, I had ported 2 numbers from Airtel and post porting completion airtel did not install the DTH connection since there was no network connectivity.
Further the DTH installation arrives after 24 hours due to which the customer is not able to cancel the port as per TRAI norms, thus airtel is trying to sell something which it cant offer. Airtel is wrong selling its product
On highlighting the issue to the airtel, the Customer service executive are trained to not take any complaint. Also, as customer I was not independently able to raise a complaint since their site does not allow the customer to raise complain.
After visiting the store, I had to request executive multiple times to raise one complain (Request[protected] which they closed at the backend without taking a feedback from the customer. This is unethical practise wherein customer is not even allowed to raise a complain Was this information helpful? |
