Esteemed sir, I travelled today from Nayahat to Kalpana square by Nageswar bus (Non-AC) which is about 60km. As per the price per kilo meter decided by Odisha Government is 0.93/km recently.
Now, calculating the total price it is approximately equal to Rs. 56. But, the conductor misbehaved and demanded an amount of Rs. 70. The conductor also added that the last destination of the bus is Baramunda and wherever your stoppage you have to pay the full amount.
In view of the above, I request you that please take proper action against the conductor of the bus for violating the Government orders and consumer rights. Was this information helpful? |
