Booked flight tickets on Travolook.in website and paid RS 37, 286 via GPay UPI transaction ID[protected]. Later I received cancelation email informing
that my tickets are cancelled due to no PNR generate. Now they are asking for more money if I used to proceed ahead which I declined. I then checked the
website review and to my utter shock there are hundreds of other people who has been cheated in the similar manner and have been waiting for their refunds for
over several months. I called my bank (HDFC) and logged transaction dispute and got reference number MUMP[protected] and have asked to log FIR which we did then received a call from Dishant who worked in travolook and asked us to share your bank details like account number IFSC code for initiating a refund but after sharing the details there was no communication. This travolook is a big scam don't know how many guys like me being chested by this firm but please if there is anyone in the department who can help me please do something Was this information helpful? |
